What is health?

Quite a simple concept really, yet we all struggle to achieve optimal health, as we try to manage the juggling act that is, life. At Whole Health Design we work to achieve and maintain this balance, as a whole, by giving attention to 3 core aspects: fitness, nutrition and massage.
